DUES: The Membership Dues are $200 annually, due on January 1st of each year you renew. If the membership fee is not renewed by January 15th the membership is suspended until the first meeting in January. If not paid at the first January meeting the spot is considered surrendered.
BUSINESS CATEGORIES:Bash will allow one spot per business category.
MEETINGS:
The meetings are held once a month.
ABSCENSES:BASH will allow 2 no shows. After that the spot is surrender with no refund for membership dues. However, you can send someone to fill in for you. As long as your spot is represented at each meeting.
PROCESS:Any prospective members will need to fill out an
application. The Membership Director will check references and let the group know the outcome. To give a fair chance for single or multiple prospects for one spot the group will vote on each applicant. If the group is in agreeance they will be inducted at the next meeting.
A prospective member can visit one meeting. If they wish to come back they need to be inducted. Since we only have 12 meetings a year we really need to make them count!
If a Member reclassifies a category it will require a new membership app and fee.
SUPPORT GROUP:Consists of- President, Vice President, Secretary. Treasurer, Membership Director and Growth Developer. These roles will be up for new election each year at the first meeting in May. New elected roles will take effect the fist meeting in June.
PARTICIPATION:Each meeting every member and prospective member will have a 30 second presentation to educate us on who they are, what they do, and what a perfect referral is to them.
BASH also features a Member Spotlight speaker at each meeting. The Growth Developer provides an Education segment at each meeting.
Each meeting consists of an agenda which will be emailed to all before the meeting.
The goal is to be a community within a community. Grow and benefit our group and one another. It is a requirement to provide quality referrals. Both giving and receiving. If a Member is only there to receive, this is not the right group for that. The Support Group will track all referrals so we can see our achievements and accountability. If it is clear someone is not participatory, the Support Group will see what we can do to improve that. If it does not improve by the following meeting we reserve the right to dismiss that person with no membership dues refund.

*Since we are passing sensitive information it is mandatory to have the permission of the referral given and received. Please do not violate any privacy and never give out peoples information without permission.
*BASH is not responsible for anyone who does not adhere to someone’s privacy and personal information. They are subject to dismissal for not following protocol.
Any referral given or received tracking is kept private and we do not share personal information.
*For record keeping the Vice President will track who a referral was given to, who a referral was received from and how much income was earned from that referral. The actual personal information is between the people who give/receive.
